The steps of consultancy
At Grey Clerk, we think it is important to get to know you and your organization. That is why we always start with an intensive introduction. During this meeting, we get to know each other and the organization, and we investigate which challenge we can help you with.
Because we really listen to you, we sometimes find out that what you ask does not provide a solution for your situation and you would instead be helped by another service. If this is the case, we discuss this openly and honestly with you.
The follow-up process depends entirely on your challenge. In many cases, we start with a study, offer tools for improvement based on this study and help you implement these improvements. But every challenge requires its own approach. Whatever our approach becomes, we always go through it with you before we start implementing it.
