An MSP (Managed Service Provider) provides more general ICT management and support. After talking to the customer, we were able to find out the customer's actual needs. Once we knew what the need was, we made it as specific as possible. This way, they were able to make an informed search for a party to support them.

What turned out: in the end, the customer did not opt for an MSP because their needs could be better met by an MDR (Managed Detection and Response). An MDR is much more focused on digital security. Actually, you can think of it as continuous monitoring of your digital security and an MDR takes immediate action on suspicious activity. That way, our client can focus on the core business without worrying about cybersecurity. Grey Clerk made sure it made a choice that fitted the need.
